Sixth Avenue

UAL is owner of the ground floor retail spaces in this extraordinary landmark of the 19th century "Ladies Mile" shopping district. Erected in 1887 as the Hugh O'Neill Dry Goods Building, the building was designed by Mortimer C. Merritt and sported domes atop cylindrical towers at the corners of 20th and 21st Streets.
